I founded S.R. Tilley & Associates in 1998 as a strategic and tactical information technology consulting boutique based in Southern California. In 2003 I relocated to Florida's Space Coast and expanded our offerings to include expert witness services, seminars and tutorials, and event planning and conference management. I find working as a consultant to be a tremendously rewarding experience.
